Fitness Tips from The Body Lab

Here are five fitness tips for the New Year from Body Lab trainer Adam Maielua. 1.) Be honest. Do you desire lasting change or just a seasonal “tune-up”?  2.)  Know yourself. Create a schedule that enhances your behavior. 3.)  Find alternatives. Even our most health detrimental factors can be replaced with satisfying options. 4.)  Enjoy your tribe. Communities all around us offer various events to celebrate where we live. 5.)  Find mental fitness. Even if it’s five minutes sitting in the car before you drive off to work, find a quiet moment to focus on what you’re accomplishing. For more information, please visit TheBodyLabUS.com.
