PV Design Center Makes a Stunning Transformation into PV New Home Center
For local design professionals and homeowners in need of homebuilding products, materials and services, the PV Design Center has always been the go-to place. However, this spring, the PV Design Center is transitioning into the PV New Home Center—a most welcome change that will certainly benefit its customers and the community.
“The PV Design Center is currently transforming into the PV New Home Center and going in a slightly new direction,” says manager Melissa Towe. “In the past, it was paired with BedBrock Developers, contained only one vendor/subcontractor for each building/remodeling aspect and packaged as the ‘best of the best.’ The PV New Home Center is developing into a full design/idea center with space for 80 or more displays that are open to the public.”
Towe says that the grand re-opening of the PV New Home Center is tentatively scheduled for the end of March.
“The facility consists of two separate buildings and beautiful exterior grounds containing two functioning kitchens, a coffee bar, BBQs and a unique light-up bar equipped with a beer tap and wine fridge. We encourage each vendor to utilize the center for company seminars and public events,” she says.
In addition, Chef Jon-Paul Hutchins will be hosting cooking classes several times a week starting March 25.
Towe also notes that Showroom Number 2 was remodeled a year ago and is the official Sub-Zero and Wolf showroom, featuring a variety of working appliances for consumers to test out.
“Paired with Caesarstone countertops, Reliance Custom Cabinetry, and tile from Villagio, it has a much more contemporary feel,” she says of Showroom Number 2.
“Showroom Number 1 is currently in the planning phase for a remodel to steer away from the current Old World style it reflects now. The beautiful exterior grounds in the back will have a fire pit and fountain to enhance the already serene environment it is now.”
In addition to catering to potential customers, the center will also be hosting monthly galas, charitable events, classes and more.
“Even more exciting, this is Paradise Valley’s only zoned retail location,” she says. “There is a prestigious reputation that is carried with the PV name, and the center is at a prime location on Lincoln Drive across from the Camelback Inn. Most vendor showrooms and design centers are located in the North Scottsdale and Phoenix areas, so we are lucky to create a living showcase for the public to come and obtain full ‘A to Z’ information for their new homebuilding or remodeling needs.”

PV New Home Center Picks
Reliance Custom Cabinets
“I really enjoy the sleek look of these lower cabinets paired with glass upper cabinets and under cabinet lighting,” Towe says. “All aspects come together to create a clean, calming and uniform flow in a modern kitchen design.”
“This is a gorgeous master bathroom compiled of tile purchased through Villagio Tile,” Towe says. “The PV New Home Center is lucky to have a large Villagio display and design room that can be utilized via appointment.”
Best Home Appliances
“The PV New Home Center is an official Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance showroom,” Towe notes. “With Best Home Appliances as the dedicated vendor, there is a knowledgeable sales team member here to assist during showroom hours or via appointment.”
Arizona Fog Wizards
“Outdoor cooling systems are quite the necessity during the hot Arizona summer months. Arizona Fog Wizards utilize a unique fog system that keeps you, and the ground, drier than a traditional mist system while cooling the outdoor area 20 to 30 degrees. I highly recommend this high-pressure system over mist!”
Mossman Brothers Pools
“Outdoor living spaces are just as important as indoor spaces here in Arizona with our beautiful weather almost all year round,” Towe says. “In my opinion, Mossman Brothers Pools is the best complete design and build pool company in the Valley.”
