Farmer’s Insurance Bruce Grebin Agency Provides Lunches to Local Heroes

The Farmers Insurance Bruce Grebin Agency is proud to partner with local businesses to provide lunches for our area fire, police and veterinary first responders to thank them for their outstanding service to our community. Each day these heroes put their own safety at risk in order to help those in life-or-death situations. From medical emergencies and rescuing injured hikers to protecting our homes and lives, our first responders put our safety first—and that of our furry friends as well. We owe a big debt of gratitude to these heroes.

In association with Windy Griffin of Firehouse Subs Scottsdale, Tanner Welch of Merrill Lynch and Jack Grebin of Homelife Professionals, lunches have been provided to the heroes at the Paradise Valley Fire and Police Departments, Applewood Animal Hospital, Scottsdale Fire Station #603 and VCA Del Lago Animal Hospital, and we look forward to dropping by many more.

If you would like to nominate an area first responder to receive a First Responder Friday lunch, please contact the Bruce Grebin Agency at or call 480.598.1110.

Mastro Brothers Introduce Ocean 44

Ocean 44 is the brand-new seafood creation by owners and brothers Mike and Jeff Mastro, along with their father, Dennis, and partner, Scott Troilo. Designed by Testani Design Troupe with almost 12,000 square feet, the restaurant will open in Scottsdale at the former Harkin’s Camelview space on Goldwater Boulevard, across from the new luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square the first weekend in December.

“We are so excited to be opening Ocean 44 this fall and bringing our world-class seafood experience to the Valley,” says Jeff Mastro, founder and partner of Prime Steak Concepts. “Ocean 44 will keep the tradition of intimacy and the upscale vibe of our Steak 44 while giving our guests an exciting coastal feel.”

Ocean 44 will offer a vast seafood menu with the same great steaks offered at Steak 44 and Dominick’s Steakhouse but with its very own unique coastal feel, a complete departure in environment and seafood options built on the same foundation of quality and luxury personal service.
