The Power of Greens Cooking Class introduces new and exciting ways to use herbs in your cooking. Learn how to pick and prune greens such as oregano, mint, thyme, basil and rosemary, and then learn how to cook with them. Chef Carmella teaches participants how to make homemade pesto (served with pasta) and mint chocolate mousse. The evening includes a dinner/wine pairing.
